- Interpretation
- The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Where Refunds Apply
- The getChatty refund offer applies to Goods purchased by any user:
- within 14 days of purchase
- with no message sent to the service while under a paid subscription plan
- How to proceed to get a refund
- If you are withing the condition where refund can apply.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which We receive the email and if you are withing scope of refund policy.
We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Also, note that we are unable to issue a refund without proof of transaction in the form of a receipt for the Order of the Goods.
- EU / UK refund policy
- In Europe and the United Kingdom, the law generally grants consumers a right to withdraw from software purchases. To ensure your right of withdrawal is validly exercised, it is sufficient for you to send your communication by email concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired
- Effects of withdrawal
- If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will provide the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
